One of the great Canadian traditions that marks the coming of spring is the Maple Syrup Festival. We head up to Sandy Flats near Warkworth (Ontario) every year to enjoy the celebration. Pancakes and sausages are cooked outdoors then drizzled with maple syrup. Afterwards we enjoy the sleigh ride through the bush.
